Agreement and operator
Proofway is operated by SansaVision, a subdivision of Sansa Group AB. These terms are between you and Sansa Group AB for access to the Proofway product. Purchases are separately processed through Stripe Managed Payments, whose designated entity acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction.
Using Proofway
You may use Proofway only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for account security, authorized workspace users, lawful project inputs, and decisions made from product outputs.
Decision support, not guarantees
Proofway reduces uncertainty using public evidence, user-provided information, heuristics, and AI. It does not prove product-market fit, willingness to pay, legal clearance, regulatory compliance, commercial success, or App Store or Google Play approval. Store-risk, privacy, trademark, domain, financial, and legal outputs are informational and not professional advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Proofway a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as permitted by your settings. Private project content is not used in public examples or model training without explicit consent.
Public evidence
Proofway captures minimal excerpts, metadata, and hashes needed to support claims. You must not use the service to bypass authentication, paywalls, access controls, or publisher terms. Submit source concerns to support.
Paid plans and Merchant of Record
Stripe Managed Payments is the Merchant of Record for Proofway purchases. Checkout identifies the selling entity, total price, tax, renewal terms, and available payment methods. Stripe handles the transaction, indirect-tax collection and remittance, payment disputes, and transaction support; Proofway handles product delivery and product support. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the purchase-management experience provided after checkout. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not erase your workspace.
Refunds
Where mandatory law provides a withdrawal, cancellation, or refund right, that right applies. Otherwise, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no deep decision has been completed for the order. Duplicate charges and technical failures are reviewed promptly. Approved refunds are processed through the Merchant of Record to the original payment method. Stripe may also issue transaction refunds under its Managed Payments policies.
External actions and integrations
Proofway requires explicit approval before spending money, publishing, contacting people, connecting private analytics, changing a live product, or sharing a private report. Third-party products have their own terms and privacy practices.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Proofway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Ending access
You may stop using the service and delete your projects or account. We may suspend access for material breach, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal necessity. Terms that logically survive termination remain effective.
